Rotherham United would like to clarify the current situation concerning supporters selecting the ‘collect’ option on online orders from the Red and White Shop.
Whilst we are aware that the ‘collect’ option is presented when supporters reach the checkout stage of the purchase, we would like to remind fans that due to the current restrictions surrounding the physical opening of retail stores at present, the Red and White Shop itself remains closed.
As a result of this, any supporters who choose to select the ‘collect’ option on their purchase will be unable to do physically pick up their item until the Red and White Shop is able to safely reopen.
We are of course working hard to make the necessary provisions to reopen the Red and White Shop as soon as we can, but at present we apologise that the shop remains closed until further notice.
