Rotherham United can confirm that they have recalled midfielder Matt Palmer from his loan at Bradford City, and subsequently, the two parties have agreed to mutually terminate his contract at the AESSEAL New York Stadium.
The 24-year old joined the Millers from Burton Albion back in January 2018 and was part of the squad that won promotion to the Championship during the 2017/18 season, before spending time at Bradford this term.
