Midfielder Nathan Watson struck after nine minutes for the Millers, with Charles Smith adding another 10 minutes before the interval.
Second half strikes from Nathan Exton and Haroon Salah sealed the victory against the Imps, as Richard Hairyes’ side returned to winning ways in the Youth Alliance League.
