Rotherham United’s Red and White Shop will reopen to customers in line with current Government guidelines from Wednesday 2nd December 2020, as we look to help supporters get their shopping done in the build-up to Christmas.
Having taken orders for both delivery and our Click and Collect service online in recent weeks, the club shop at AESSEAL New York Stadium will once again open its doors on Wednesday with a number of social distancing and other safety measures in place.
The Red and White Shop will return to its more familiar 9am-5pm opening times between Monday and Friday and will also open on Saturdays (9am-1pm on non-matchdays and away matches & 9am-12pm on home matches).
As part of our continued efforts to ensure the containment of the virus, we will be encouraging supporters to make card payments where possible in the Red and White Shop.
Following improvements made in the early stages of the Coronavirus pandemic, fans will be served by staff from behind Perspex screens at the tills, whilst clear social distancing markings will be displayed on the floor around the shop for your safety.
From tomorrow’s opening, supporters who have chosen the ‘collect’ option at the checkout page on our online store will be able to pick up their orders from the Red and White Shop during opening hours.
Fans who have ordered items during the lockdown that they would like to return for exchange or refund, will now be able to do so by coming down and visiting us in-person, where our staff can help with your request.
The new opening hours in operation from Wednesday 2nd December 2020 in full are:
Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm
Saturday (away matchday or no fixture) | 9am – 1pm
Saturday (home matchday) | 9am – 12pm
