Rotherham United are delighted to once again be pledging their support to the Rotherham Toy Appeal for 2020.
The Millers are coming together alongside The Rotherham Advertiser, RB1 Radio and other local businesses to make sure some of the most deprived and vulnerable children in our town have the best Christmas possible.
The Rotherham Toy Appeal has run for many years and has continued to grow from strength to strength during that time, just last year the generosity within our community helped provide for over 1600 young people and give them a Christmas they would not have been able to have otherwise.
This year, more than any other, these children need our help. Gifts are requested by professionals who work with the families and are then collected by children’s charity Families First and distributed to the parents or carers.
If you would like to get involved, you can pick up a small gift tag from the trees at Parkgate Shopping and purchase a gift from any of the stores within the centre.
Due to current government restrictions and the necessary measures currently in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we understand that many people will not be visiting as much as they would normally.
However, those willing to get involved can do so by donating to the Rotherham Toy Appeal JustGiving page, HERE.
