With supporters having returned to a number of stadia across the country as a result of their tier two status, Rotherham United are looking to ensure that our own fans have their correct details registered on their ticketing accounts with us, to allow the club to be as efficient as possible in allocating tickets should our tier restrictions change.

Supporters having returned to a number of stadia across the country as a result of their tier two status, Rotherham United are looking to ensure that our own fans have their correct details registered on their ticketing accounts with us, to allow the club to be as efficient as possible in allocating tickets should our tier restrictions change.

The club are asking fans to ensure that their address, email address and contact telephone numbers are up-to-date on their ticketing accounts – which can be logged into via THIS link. http://tickets.themillers.co.uk

We would also ask supporters to ‘opt in’ to receive ticketing emails from the club to allow us to contact you with the latest updates on the ever-changing situation, by email.

You can update your details by logging into your ticketing account online, by emailing the Red and White Shop using supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net or over the phone on 01709 827768.

The quickest and most efficient way to purchase tickets when they do go on sale is online on our new ticketing website: http://tickets.themillers.co.uk. Of course, supporters will still be able to make ticketing purchases over the phone on 01709 827768 and in-person at the Red and White Shop.

We politely request that supporters make sure they have access to their online ticketing accounts if they are wanting to purchase their tickets online. Supporters who have bought tickets in the past or who have had season tickets will already have an account with us. There is no requirement to register a new account.

Are you logged into the right ticketing account?

If supporters do have access to their account, they may need to check to see if it is the correct account as some supporters have duplicate accounts with us. The best way to do this is to log into their website and check the purchase history to make sure all the previous purchases are there. To purchase tickets when we have them on sale, you will need to be logging into the account which has your Flexi-Season Ticket assigned to it.

Should you think that you are in the wrong account then please contact the Red and White Shop by emailing the Red and White Shop to supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net or over the phone on 01709 827768. A member of the team will be able to assist with your request.
