Rotherham United can confirm the club’s Carabao Cup first round clash with Salford City will take place at 3pm on Saturday 5th September at Peninsula Stadium.
This fixture is behind closed doors, supporters will therefore not be permitted to attend the game.
The Carabao Cup tie will mark the Millers’ first ever trip to face Salford, who were promoted to the EFL in 2019.
As the fixture has not been selected for Sky Sports broadcast, supporters can purchase a match pass to view the game for £10.
Rotherham United will take 50% of any revenue gained through the purchasing of the match passes.
