Rotherham United’s opening Central League game against Grimsby Town originally scheduled for Tuesday 10th September has been rearranged due to the Mariners involvement in the Carabao Cup.
The Millers were set to open their second string campaign at Roundwood next Tuesday but will now have to wait until they face Walsall on 24th September.
The game has been moved as a result of Grimsby Town’s rearranged first team Carabao Cup game against Macclesfield Town, which is set to take place on the date originally penned into the reserve diary.
A new date has been set for the clash with the Mariners and the Millers will now welcome Grimsby Town on Tuesday 5th November, 1pm.
