Rotherham United’s Random Act of Kindness for the game against Coventry City saw a young Millers fan with a first team namesake surprised with a face-to-face meeting on the hallowed turf at AESSEAL New York Stadium.
The arrival of a certain Rangers loanee this summer prompted one of our supporters to get in touch with the club and, prior to the Sky Bet League One game with the Sky Blues, we were delighted to facilitate Jake Hastie meeting… Jake Hastie!
As Jake Hastie (the flying winger variation) made his way out to warm-up ahead of Saturday’s game, he was pulled aside to meet his Millers supporting namesake.
After the very easy introductions had been made, the pair chatted before posing for a photo.
