READ | Millers honour Geoff at last home game

Rotherham United were thrilled to surprise supporter Geoff Jackson at the final home game of the season against Middlesbrough.

Geoff, 86, a supporter since the 1950s, was attending the game as a season ticket holder for the final time.

Geoff still hopes to attend games again, but for now he ends his long standing season ticket position.

When the club heard of Geoff’s devotion, manager Paul Warne personally signed a thank-you card which was hand delivered by Jon Taylor and Will Vaulks as part of our Random Act of Kindness initiative.

The Millers randomly select supporters at our home games where we offer free behind the scenes access to Rotherham United or offer lucky supporters the chance to meet some of their heroes.

Rotherham United run the Random Act of Kindness initiative at EVERY home game and next time it could be you!
