Rotherham United will take on 1. FC Magdeburg in the second game of the upcoming pre-season tour of Germany.
The match will take place on Sunday 14th July, kick off 2pm (German time).
The Millers will fly out to Germany on Monday 8th July and return on Monday 15th July.
The fixture against 1. FC Magdeburg, who were relegated from Bundesliga 2 last season, is the first of two planned fixtures to be rubber stamped.
The match will take place at Elm-Stadion, Elmstraße, 38364 Schöningen and fans will be able to attend.
As the club has already confirmed, Paul Warne’s side will be based in Barsinghausen outside Hannover during their week-long stay in Germany.
The fixture at Schöningen is around an hour-and-a-half from the Millers’ training base.
The club expect our opening fixture, should it go ahead as planned, to take place in midweek on Wednesday 10th July but at present, but we cannot reveal any further information at this stage.
We must reiterate that this date is subject to change.
