Ticket details confirmed for the game with West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns...
Ticket information for Rotherham United’s Sky Bet Championship fixture with West Bromwich Albion has been confirmed.
The match at The Hawthorns on Saturday 27th April is a 3.00pm kick off and the Millers have been issued a TOTAL allocation of 2,737 tickets.
This match is ALL TICKET so there will be no sales on the day from The Hawthorns.
We have been allocated seats in the Smethwick End Stand Block A.
Supporters will be allocated 10 loyalty points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.
Tickets will be sold in the following priority order:
9am Monday 1st April
Tickets are on sale to season ticket holders, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Friday 5th April
Tickets are released to Millers Mayday members, strictly 1 ticket per mayday member who are non season ticket holders.
9am Monday 8th April
Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of 5 tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of 5 tickets. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts.
Tickets go OFF sale at the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 4pm on Friday 26th April. All ticket sale and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds after this time.
If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.
The prices for this fixture are:
Senior 60 and over: £15
Under 23: £15
Students with valid ID: £15
Under 18: £10
Under 11: £5
Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they may be refused entry with no refund.
There are 17 wheelchair and carer seats available priced as above with a free carer. Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets priced as above with a free carer. Supporter who are in receipt of the middle or higher rate of DLA or the enhanced rate of PIP can claim a free carer. If you have walking difficulties then please mention this at the time of purchase and we will see if we have any easy access seats available for sale.
There is not an official car park for away supporters to use; however, there is ample parking in the area, both street and off road. Away supporter’s coaches are parked in Middlemore Road, 250 metres from the away turnstiles. The nearest railway station is The Hawthorns, which is approximately 800 yards from the stadium. As you leave the station, follow the signs for visiting supporters. Please note that trains to and from this station run via Birmingham Snow Hill rather than New Street. Should a connection be required from New Street, Smethwick Rolfe Street station is also within walking distance.
We recommend any blue badge holders park on the Academy car park located in Halfords Lane.

Supporters can link their family and friends up to their account so that all seats can be booked together which will mean we can allocate you seats together subject to availability.

We operate a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any sort. Any reported acts of disciplinary conduct by clubs’ supporters are also likely to lead to formal disciplinary action by the FA under rule E21.

Using the app, you will be able to select the name of the home club and provide as much detail as you can regarding the incident.
