Ticket details confirmed for the game with Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium...
Ticket information for Rotherham United’s Sky bet Championship fixture with Stoke City has been confirmed.
The match at the Bet365 on Saturday 13th April is a 3.00pm kick off and the Millers have been issued an initial allocation of 1,100 tickets.
This match is ALL TICKET so there will be no sales on the day from the bet365 Stadium.
Supporters will be allocated 10 loyalty points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.
Tickets will be sold in the following priority order:
9am Wednesday 13th March
Tickets are on sale to season ticket holders, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Tuesday 19th March
Tickets are released to Millers Mayday members, strictly 1 ticket per mayday member who are non season ticket holders.
9am Wednesday 20th March
Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of 5 tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of 5 tickets. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts.
Tickets go OFF sale at the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 4pm on Friday 12th April. All ticket sale and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds after this time.
If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.
The prices for this fixture are:
Senior 65 and over: £19
Under 17: £15
Under 11: £12
Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they may be refused entry with no refund.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult when attending the stadium.
There are 12 wheelchair and carer seats available priced as above with a free carer. These bays are pitch side and exposed to the elements. Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets priced as above with a free carer. Supporter who are in receipt of the higher rate of DLA or the enhanced rate of PIP can claim a free carer. If you have walking difficulties then please mention this at the time of purchase and we will see if we have any easy access seats available for sale.
If any supporters require the use of a headset for match commentary then please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and your seat details with your request and this this must be sent no later than three days prior to the fixture.
There is parking available on the day for disabled supporters. There are 10 spaces available directly behind the away end and these are priced at £10.

Supporters can link their family and friends up to their account so that all seats can be booked together which will mean we can allocate you seats together subject to availability.

We operate a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any sort. Any reported acts of disciplinary conduct by clubs’ supporters are also likely to lead to formal disciplinary action by the FA under rule E21.
Discrimination or inappropriate behaviour within the stadium can be reported anonymously by downloading the free “Kick it Out” reporting app from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. Using the app, you will be able to select the name of the home club and provide as much detail as you can regarding the incident.
