Rotherham United have extended the price deadline for 2019/20 season tickets as the club look to surpass last season’s total.
The Millers surged towards 5,800^ season ticket sales for next season, surpassing the total achieved for the last campaign in League One in 2017/18.
With last season’s Championship target now firmly in sight, the club have taken the decision to set a new price deadline of 5pm on Monday 29th July, in order to allow as many supporters to watch the Millers next season for the best possible price.
Boss Paul Warne acknowledged the support, again reiterating the home backing will be of paramount importance as he seeks a swift return to The Championship.
He told www.themillers.co.uk: “In my time here we have seen some special performances on home soil, and in all those cases it was the impact from the terraces which had a big bearing on the end result.
“When I heard from the ticket office that we had surpassed the numbers we reached the last time we were in this division, it was another real confidence boost for the players and staff ahead of the new season.
“I’d like to thank the supporters for backing the team in numbers, and for those that are still perhaps undecided, I can again promise you entertainment from a group of players who will give every last ounce for the Millers’ cause.”

The club are once again committed to offering affordable football with prices remaining the same since the 2013/14 season – a renewing price freeze for the seventh consecutive season.
Renewal prices for adults are starting at £355* with ‘new’ season ticket holders able to purchase a ticket from as little as £395**.
The Millers are also continuing with the hugely popular direct debit scheme which allows supporters to pay for their season ticket with eight or nine equal payments which are interest free.***
