Rotherham United are delighted to announce the signing of Jamie Lindsay as the midfielder moves south of the border to sign a three-year deal at the AESSEAL New York Stadium, subject to international clearance and FA/EFL ratification.
The 23-year-old was a key figure during Ross County's title-winning Scottish Championship campaign and he made a total of 48 appearances in all competitions for the Staggies, scoring nine goals.
Lindsay put pen to paper on Wednesday morning, signing for an undisclosed fee, and he will link up with the rest of Paul Warne's squad ahead of Saturday's friendly fixture at home to Leicester City.
Having started his career at Celtic as a youth player, he represented the development side on numerous occasions before spending time on loan at Dumbarton, Greenock Morton and Ross County. He then made his move to Victoria Park permanent in June 2018.
Now a Rotherham United player, he is looking forward to testing himself in Sky Bet League One and he will be determined to impress the boss in order to ensure he is in the starting 11 when the season kicks off away to AFC Wimbledon on August 3rd.
