Ticket details confirmed for the game with Hull City at the KCOM Stadium...
Ticket information for Rotherham United’s Sky Bet Championship fixture with Hull City has been confirmed.
The match at the KCOM Stadium on Tuesday 12th February is a 7.45pm kick off and the Millers have been issued an initial allocation of 832 tickets.
Please note, Rotherham United receive 5% of all ticket sales purchased in advance, but receive nothing if they're bought on the day at Hull City should pay on the day be available. There will also not be any loyalty points added to your account should you purchase at the ground on the day.
Supporters will be allocated 10 loyalty points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.
Tickets will be sold in the following priority order:
9am Friday 11th January
Tickets are on sale to season ticket holders, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Wednesday 16th January
Tickets are released to Millers Mayday members, strictly 1 ticket per mayday member who are non season ticket holders.
9am Thursday 17th January
Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of 5 tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of 5 tickets. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts.
Tickets go OFF sale at the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 2pm on Tuesday 12th February. All ticket sale and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds after this time.
If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.
Hull City operate a zonal pricing system for all tickets sold where the price varies to the position of the seat in the stadium. There are no concession prices for this fixture. For this initial allocation the price will be £18.
Should we sell out of this initial allocation then the next area of seating will be priced at £24.
Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they may be refused entry with no refund.
There are 8 wheelchair and carer seats available priced as above with a free carer. Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets priced as above with a free carer. Supporter who are in receipt of the higher rate of DLA or the enhanced rate of PIP can claim a free carer.

There is are free spaces available for supporters who have blue badges and these will need to be booked in advance by emailing disabled liaison officer, Ann Holland, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 01482 358303.
The easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets is online at www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk or from the Red and White Shop. Supporters can link their family and friends up to their account so that all seats can be booked together which will mean we can allocate you seats together subject to availability.
The easiest way to log into the correct account is to use the login by customer number and password option on the retail website. Supporters can find their customer numbers on their season tickets to the left of their name. We operate a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any sort. Any reported acts of disciplinary conduct by clubs’ supporters are also likely to lead to formal disciplinary action by the FA under rule E21.
Discrimination or inappropriate behaviour within the stadium can be reported anonymously by downloading the free “Kick it Out” reporting app from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. Using the app, you will be able to select the name of the home club and provide as much detail as you can regarding the incident.
