Rotherham United were delighted to help supporter Peter Moxon celebrate a very special birthday with the club recently, with a VIP behind-the-scenes tour of the AESSEAL New York Stadium.
Peter, who is a lifelong Miller, joined family members for an exclusive stadium tour to mark his milestone 80th birthday which included meeting Millers boss Paul Warne.
The tour preceded the Yorkshire derby with Leeds United and took in stops in the Les Payne Press Room, the home and away dressing rooms and pitchside next to the hallowed AESSEAL New York Stadium turf.
With matchday preparations in full swing prior to the visit of Leeds, the Millers’ manager, took time out of his busy schedule to pass on his birthday wishes to Peter on behalf of everyone at the club.
