Millers and Leeds to show mark of respect with minute’s silence...
Rotherham United and Leeds United will join in a minute’s silence prior to the Sky Bet Championship fixture at AESSEAL New York Stadium as a mark of respect to Cardiff City player Emiliano Sala and the pilot of the missing plane, David Ibbotson.
Following correspondence between both clubs, it was agreed that both were unified in their desire to show their support to those involved, their families and friends, and everyone connected with Cardiff City and FC Nantes.
Both clubs will invite supporters, players and staff to join in a minute’s silence moments before kick-off upon the referee’s whistle, as our thoughts remain with everyone affected by the tragic events which have unfolded this week.
