Mini Millers had the pleasure of hosting a Christmas event at Big Apple where we had a surprise appearance from Semi Ajay, Zak Vyner and Miller Bear! The three guest played with the children at the event, signing autographs and giving away Christmas themed goodie bags!
Mini Millers is a football and multi sports session for 2-4 year olds, increasing the development of the children’s coordination and interaction skills. These sessions are free for the first class and £3 afterwards which are held at The Wesley Centre, Maltby on Wednesdays 9.30-10.15am and Big Apple City Play, Thursday 10.30 – 11.15am.
“We think Mini Millers is fantastic, the earlier children have a positive experience of sport the better. It was great to see so many children and of course help spread some Christmas cheer to everyone involved” added the Millers defensive duo.
Faye McDool, Sports Coach for Rotherham United Community Sports Trust added “Semi and Zak interacted wonderfully with the children at the Christmas event and were a credit to the football club! The event was a success with the children as well as the parents and everyone was excited to meet the players! Having Mini Miller sessions are key for children to begin participating within sports as well as encouraging their parents to involve their child within physical activities at an early stage of life, so please feel free to get in touch if interested.
