To help us raise funds for Mind’s vital services, we’re asking you to join us on the 'Mind United: Trek the Peak District' challenge 2019.
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. That could be one person in every family, hundreds of football players and thousands of football fans. That’s why the EFL and Mind have come together to tackle mental health – together, we can be game-changers.
This summer, we're inviting you to join us in taking on the 'Mind United: Trek the Peak District' challenge 2019, to help raise funds for the vital services provided by our Official Charity Partner.
This exciting event will take place in the scenic Peak District National Park, as a 12-hour overnight hiking challenge, starting on Saturday 13 July and finishing on Sunday 14 July.
The trek will will be a test of fitness, endurance and team spirit, taking place through the night, and participants will be rewarded with stunning sunrise views and a well-earned buffet breakfast upon completion.
This is a life-changing experience and Mind will be on your side with a dedicated support team, with participants set to be challenged both mentally and physically.
