Rotherham United can confirm the club and head of recruitment Jamie Johnson have amicably agreed to part following a restructure of the recruitment department.
The club would like to place on record our thanks to Jamie for his contribution during a successful period for the Millers, which culminated in our promotion back to The Championship at the end of the 2017/18 season.
During his time with the Millers, Jamie set up a professional recruitment and analytical department, which included helping to identify players who were instrumental in last season’s promotion, and this season’s efforts in The Championship.
Jamie has brought an organised and professional approach to his work at Rotherham United, and we would like to thank him for his efforts during his time with the club.
