TICKETS | Details v Shrewsbury Town (A)

Ticket details have been confirmed for the game with Shrewsbury Town at Montgomery Waters Meadow.

Ticket information for Rotherham United’s Sky Bet League One fixture with Shrewsbury Town has been confirmed.

The match at Montgomery Waters Meadow on Thursday 26th December is a 3.00pm kick off and the Millers have been issued an initial allocation of 1,000 tickets. Should we sell these tickets then we will be able to request a further allocation. Tickets have been allocated in the DM Recruitment Stand.

Supporters will be allocated 10 priority points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.

Tickets will be sold in the following order:

9am Wednesday 4th December

Tickets are on sale to 2019/20 season ticket holders strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Monday 9th December

Tickets are on sale to Millers Mayday members who are not season ticket holders, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.

9am Tuesday 10th December

Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of 5 tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of 5 tickets. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters then we will need their details so that priority points can be added to the correct accounts.

Tickets go OFF sale at the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 12pm on Tuesday 24th December. All ticket sales and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds after this time.

If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.

The prices for this fixture are:

Adult 24-64: £20

Senior 65 and over: £15

Disabled: £15

Student with valid ID: £15

Young Adult (19-23): £15

Under 19: £8

Under 12: FREE with fee paying adult

Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they will be refused entry with no refund.

There are 6 wheelchair and carer seats available priced as above with a free carer. Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets priced as above in the relevant area with a free carer. Supporters who are in receipt of the higher rate of DLA or the enhanced rate of PIP can claim a free carer. We have had some seats nearer to the front for supporters who require these. Please ask a member of staff when purchasing your tickets.

There are 8 disabled parking spaces available at the ground for free. Please give your name and vehicle registration number to the Red and White Shop and we will book you a space for the fixture.

The easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets is online at or from the Red and White Shop. Supporters can link their family and friends up to their account so that all seats can be booked together which will mean we can allocate you seats together subject to availability. All your accounts will also receive the 10 priority points for the ticket purchase.

There will be a £1 per transaction booking fee for tickets purchased over the telephone and there will be a £1 per ticket booking fee for tickets purchased online.

We operate a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any sort. Any reported acts of disciplinary conduct by clubs’ supporters are also likely to lead to formal disciplinary action by the FA under rule E21.

Discrimination or inappropriate behaviour within the stadium can be reported anonymously by downloading the free “Kick it Out” reporting app from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. Using the app, you will be able to select the name of the home club and provide as much detail as you can regarding the incident.
