Rotherham United's second-string will now welcome Shrewsbury Town to Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park on Tuesday instead of their usual venue at Roundwood Sports Complex.
With pitches at the Milllers' training ground at Roundwood waterlogged at present, the decision has been made to switch Tuesday's Central League game to the Academy's training base at Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park on Bawtry Road, where the game will be played on a 4G surface.
The Millers welcome the Shrews in the Central League Cup, for a 1pm kick-off.
It is expected that both teams will field young sides on Tuesday afternoon.
Entry is free to supporters and teamsheets will be available for purchase at the venue.
