Rotherham United can confirm that there has been a change in personnel on the first team staff with Andy Warrington coming in to replace the departing Mike Pollitt as the club’s goalkeeping coach.

With Bolton-raised Pollitt making the move to his boyhood club, the Millers have swooped to secure the services of another ex-stopper in Warrington, who arrives back in South Yorkshire from Lincoln City.

The news comes following compensation being agreed on both sides of the deal and both Andy and Mike will be in the dugouts with Rotherham and Bolton respectively on Saturday.

The club would like to formally welcome Andy back to AESSEAL New York Stadium, whilst wishing Mike all the best in his new role with Bolton.

Reaction from Millers boss Paul Warne, Warrington and Pollitt all to follow on www.themillers.co.uk.
