Millers to honour deceased supporters ahead of Blackpool game on New Year’s Day…
Rotherham United are once again asking supporters to join in their annual tribute for supporters of the club that we have lost in the last year, by sending in names to be remembered at the game against Blackpool on Wednesday 1st January 2020.
Fans wishing to have their loved ones’ names displayed on the big screen prior to the game with Blackpool should send the name they would like displayed to remembers@rotherhamunited.net with the subject titled ‘Rotherham Remembers 2019’.
In every year that we have held this tribute, we have been overwhelmed with the response and have this year introduced an automatic email response system which will acknowledge receipt of the name you have sent in. Please be aware that if you do not receive this acknowledgement email, it is highly likely that we have NOT received your email.
The names will also be printed in the official matchday programme and the deadline for all submitted names will be Monday 23rd December 2019, 5pm.
Unfortunately, any names we receive after this time will not be included due to production deadline for the programme and big screen content.
