Millers boss Paul Warne has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month award for November...
Three victories from four outings during the month catapulted Rotherham up to as high as fourth in the league table, and Warne has been shortlisted alongside Gareth Ainsworth (Wycombe Wanderers), Graham Coughlan (Bristol Rovers) and Kenny Jackett (Portsmouth).
The Millers began November with a trip to Gillingham where a brace from Matt Crooks and a strike from Michael Smith ensured all three points would be heading back to South Yorkshire.
Following a couple of cup encounters, Rotherham returned to league action two weeks later and a solitary Carlton Morris header was enough to see off Accrington Stanley at the AESSEAL New York Stadium.
It then seemed as if defeat was on the cards away to MK Dons, but despite being two goals down at half-time, the Millers rallied to win the game 3-2 courtesy of Dan Barlaser's first strike of the season and a double from Freddie Ladapo.
The month did finish with a defeat, but it was a spirited one at the hands of Portsmouth at Fratton Park. The hosts went ahead on two occasions but Ladapo pegged them back both times, only for Ben Close to score Pompey's eventual winner soon afterwards.
