Following the EFL's recent statement regarding Bury FC's postponed game against Gillingham, Rotherham United would like to reaffirm that the club will endeavour to keep its supporters informed on the situation surrounding the upcoming fixture against the Shakers at the earliest possible time.
Like everyone in the football family we hope that Bury Football club are able to overcome their present difficulties and resume normal activities as soon as possible. Meanwhile we are aware of our responsibility to our own supporters in ensuring we update them at the earliest possible opportunity of any changes to scheduled fixtures.
As per the EFL's statement, we are expecting a definitive decision on whether our Sky Bet League One fixture scheduled for Tuesday 20th August will go ahead on Thursday.
