Ticket details confirmed for the game with Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium...
Ticket information for Rotherham United’s Sky bet Championship fixture with Middlesbrough has been confirmed.
The match at the Riverside Stadium on Tuesday 23rd October is a 7.45pm kick off and the Millers have been issued an initial allocation of 857 tickets.
Please note, Rotherham United receive 5% of all ticket sales purchased in advance, but receive nothing if they're bought on the day at Middlesbrough should pay on the day be available. There will also not be any loyalty points added to your account should you purchase at the ground on the day.
Supporters will be allocated 10 loyalty points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.
Tickets will be sold in the following priority order:
9am Monday 24th September
Tickets are on sale to season ticket holders, strictly 1 ticket per supporter.
9am Friday 28th September
Tickets are released to Millers Mayday members, strictly 1 ticket per mayday member who are non season ticket holders.
9am Monday 1st October
Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of 5 tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of 5 tickets. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts.
Tickets go OFF sale at the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 11am on Tuesday 23rd October. All ticket sale and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds after this time.
If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.
The prices for this fixture are:
Senior 65 and over: £20.00
Under 18: £17.00
Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they may be refused entry with no refund.
There are 12 wheelchair and carer seats available priced as above with a free carer. Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets priced as above with a free carer. Supporter who are in receipt of the middle or higher rate of DLA or the enhanced rate of PIP can claim a free carer.
Disabled car parking can be booked by calling 01642 929421. There is a charge of £6.00 per space.
Coach and minibus parking can be pre booked by calling 01642 929421. There are discounted passes priced at £15.00 per coach, £10.00 per minibus. Those who do not pre book will be required to pay in full in cash on the day which will be £20.00 per coaches and £15.00 per minibus.
The easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets is online at www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk or from the Red and White Shop. Supporters can link their family and friends up to their account so that all seats can be booked together which will mean we can allocate you seats together subject to availability.
The easiest way to log into the correct account is to use the login by customer number, surname and post code option on the retail website. Supporters can find their customer numbers on their season tickets to the left of their name. We operate a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any sort. Any reported acts of disciplinary conduct by clubs’ supporters are also likely to lead to formal disciplinary action by the FA under rule E21.

Using the app, you will be able to select the name of the home club and provide as much detail as you can regarding the incident.
