Rotherham United Community Sports Trust proudly hosted the 10th anniversary of their annual Ferham Festival on 29th August at Ferham Park.
The event was host to a variety of different activities and stalls which were provided from different community groups and organisations from across the borough.
Such activities included RUCST Inflatable pitch and hub, face painting, henna, arts and crafts plus much more.
The event was greeted by the local services, South Yorkshire Police & South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue who brought their fire engine and the chip pan unit to conduct displays to the local community on the importance of fire safety.
Also in attendance was the Mayor of Rotherham Alan Buckley, who took time to visit every stall to see the wonderful and life changing work organisations and groups are delivering across the town.
Event Organiser, Gary Bricknell said: “It’s an honour to step in this year and organise such an amazing event, especially with it been the 10th anniversary. It is great to see groups and organisations come together and support their local community. We would not be able to host such a successful event without the help and support from everyone, Thank you.”
