Rotherham United supporters can now access a number of resources and Mental Health self-help guides which have been provided by the EFL.
The Self-help guides were produce by the NHS Northumberland, Tyne and Wear Foundation, which have been written by clinical psychologists with contributions from service users and healthcare staff from Northumberland. They provide introductory information on a range of mental health problems and other issues relevant to mental health. They act as signposts for support and it is intended that they will help people who work or participate in football, to gain a better understanding of those who are or might experience, mental health problems. The guides also look at their carers responsibilities and support organisations who are in a position to provide further information.
Any supporters wishing to access the resources can do so here.
