Rotherham United were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former player Charlie Crickmore, aged 76.
The winger made eight appearances for the Millers during the 1967/8 season, scoring one goal against Ipswich Town.
He arrived at Millmoor following spells at Hull City, Bournemouth and Gillingham, but departed in 1968 to sign for Norwich City.
He ended his career at Notts County where he was popular, before returning to his home town of Hull at the end of his playing days.
Everyone at Rotherham United would like to express our condolences to Charlie’s family and friends at this time.
