Ticket information for Rotherham United’s Sky bet Championship fixture with Bolton Wanderers has been confirmed.
The match at the University of Bolton Stadium on Wednesday 26th December is a 3.00pm kick off and the Millers have been issued an initial allocation of 2,099 tickets.
Supporters will be allocated 10 loyalty points for purchasing their tickets in advance. You will need to provide each supporters’ customer number and name and address details at the time of purchase so we can allocate the tickets to the relevant accounts. Supporters purchasing their tickets online will need to use the friends and family function to allocate tickets to other supporters. Points will not be added retrospectively so tickets will need to be purchase under the correct accounts.
Tickets will be sold in the following priority order:
9am Tuesday 27th November
Tickets are on sale to season ticket holders, strictly one ticket per supporter.
9am Friday 30th November
Tickets are released to Millers Mayday members, strictly one ticket per Mayday member who are non-season ticket holders.
9am Monday 3rd December
Tickets go on general sale. Supporters will be able to buy up to a total of five tickets per customer number. If supporters have already bought tickets in any other period of sales, they will only be able to purchase additional tickets to the total of five tickets. If supporters are buying on behalf of other supporters then we will need their details so that loyalty points can be added to the correct accounts.
Tickets go OFF sale at the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 3pm on Saturday 22nd December. All ticket sale and returns will need to be completed by this time and there will be no refunds after this time.
If supporters are buying tickets on behalf of other supporters, we will ask the person buying the tickets for the customer number, name and address of all the supporters they are buying on behalf of. Please make sure that you have this information ready at the time of purchase.
The prices for this fixture are:
Senior 65 and over: £24
Under 23: £24
Under 18: £12
Under 12: £10
Proof of concessions will need to be shown at the time of purchase and also on the turnstiles on the day of the game. Should anyone not be able to provide the proof of concession at the turnstiles then they may be refused entry with no refund or asked to upgrade to the full adult price.
There are 10 wheelchair and carer seats available priced as below with a free carer.
Senior 65 and over: £20
Under 23: £20
Under 18: £12
Under 12: £10
Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets priced as above with a free carer. Supporter who are in receipt of the medium or higher rate of DLA or the enhanced rate of PIP can claim a free carer.
Car parking is available for Millers supporters priced at £7 per car, £12 per minibus and £20 per coach. The amount is payable on entry to the car park and disabled wheelchair bays are available on a first come first served basis and charged as above.
The easiest and most convenient way to purchase tickets is online at www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk or from the Red and White Shop. Supporters can link their family and friends up to their account so that all seats can be booked together which will mean we can allocate you seats together subject to availability.
The easiest way to log into the correct account is to use the login by customer number, surname and post code option on the retail website. Supporters can find their customer numbers on their season tickets to the left of their name. Using the app, you will be able to select the name of the home club and provide as much detail as you can regarding the incident.
