RUCST are currently recruiting for an NCS HR Administrator.
This is a part time role to cover 20 hours per week with flexibility over how these hours are covered.
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual with experience of recruitment and the on-boarding process.
You will be responsible for marketing and candidate generation for casual summer NCS roles
Along with CV Shortlisting, arranging candidate assessment/interviews, feedback and offers of employment.
You will collate all documentation for DBS Process checks and ensure completion of the DBS checks. You will also administer all HR-related documentation, such as starter packs, pension packs and contracts of employment and be responsible for ensuring the relevant HR documentation is returned and complies with current legislation.
You will also have responsibility for updating the relevant spreadsheets with regards to availability of casual staff along with general administrative information and hours worked.

A relevant HR qualification and experience of large scale recruitment assessments would be highly advantageous.
This is a permanent part-time position and the normal working weeks is 20 hours. Where the duties of your role require you to work unsociable hours (e.g. evenings and/or weekends very occasionally) then you will be given time off in lieu.
The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring check and the possession of a full valid driving licence.
