Rotherham United Announce Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final Ticket Details
Rotherham United is pleased to confirm ticket information to supporters for the Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 27th May 2018, 3:00pm Kick Off.
Following the Semi-Final victory over Scunthorpe United, Rotherham United face Shrewsbury Town in the Final on Sunday 27th May 2018 (3:00pm) in a bid to win this year’s Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final.
Rotherham United will be allocated 25,000 tickets for the West End of Wembley Stadium. Tickets will be sold from North Stand round to the South Stand.
The blocks which will be available to purchase are 123 – 143 on level 1 and blocks 227 – 248 on level 2. Should any further tickets be required then we will open blocks up on level 5 under the direction from Wembley Stadium.
To ensure a speedy ticket buying process supporters are advised to ensure they read all information below thoroughly as many questions are answered in the following text.
Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into six sections and there is also a concession rate for supporters aged 60 and over as well as for children aged 16 and under. Young Adults, aged 17-21 receive a 25% discount from Full Adult Price.

Due to the large volume of tickets needed to be sold and dispatched in such a short space of time, and following advice from the EFL, the club will be using SEE tickets to sell Sky Bet League One Play-Off Tickets. They have many years of experience in selling tickets for large venues such as Wembley Stadium in a short space of time due to their robust website and fully manned call centre.

Best way to book
Due to anticipated demand the Club and SEE Tickets recommend booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking for supporters.
Supporters will be asked for their Client ID/Supporter Number and the surname which you have registered with Rotherham United. Season ticket holders can purchase 4 tickets each with Millers Mayday members who are not season ticket holders being able to buy 2 tickets each. When tickets go on general sale, supporters will be able to purchase up to 9 tickets per person.
When to buy
Tickets will go on sale with SEE tickets on the following days. Details of priority and order of sales are as follows:
Ticket sales will be split into separate periods of sale.
Period 1: Season Ticket Holders Only (4 tickets per person)
Tickets on sale from 9am Thursday 17th May.
Period 2: Season Ticket Holders (4 tickets per person) and Mayday Members who are not season ticket holders (2 tickets per person)
Tickets on sale from 9am Sunday 20th May
Period 3: General Sale (up to 9 tickets per person)
Tickets on sale from 12pm Monday 21st May.
To be eligible to purchase tickets in this phase of sales, you will need an account registered with Rotherham United. If you have had a season ticket or bought a match tickets with us over the last 6 years then you will have an account registered with the club. If you have never registered with us then please can you create and account by clicking on the following link to register: http://www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk/register.aspx If you don’t have access to the internet then you will need to call the Red and White Shop between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 1pm on Saturday to register an account.
We ask that anyone who is registering an account with us does so before 8.30am on Monday 21st May so that the information can be uploaded to the SEE tickets system before the tickets go on general sale.
There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available. These are sold under the same periods of sale but are available only from SEE Tickets. EFL regulations and Rotherham United’s terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age related concessions.
Supporters who are in receipt of the middle to higher rate DLA or the standard or enhanced rate of PIP will be able to claim a free carer ticket. You will need to take the relevant paperwork with you on the day of the game to prove your eligibility and the disabled ticket, along with the carer ticket, will need to enter the stadium together. Failure to provide proof or supporters not entering together may result in admission being refused.
Disabled supporters who require a carer do not need their carer ID when purchasing. Please just use the disabled ID and postcode (not the carer) as this will allow you to book for you and your carer, the carer will show as a zero value. There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 30/31. Please note head-sets and mini induction loops need to be booked in advance, please enquire via email@example.com for details.

Family area – Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1,123 seats (Blocks 137 to 140 in the West Side) as a Family Area for Rotherham United supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than 2 adults for 1 child, at a maximum of 2 children for every adult ticket.
Booking Fees – There is a £2.40 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.
Postage - £2.25 for First Class or £6.50 for Registered Post.
16 Years and Under – All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Crowd flags and Musical Instruments – Supporters are allowed to take flags into the stadium but they must not be bigger than 250cm wide. Any flags bigger than this size will need to be checked with Wembley and permission will need to be given. An official request will need to be sent to Wembley via help.wembleystadium.com/support/home.

Official Coaches – Official Coach Travel is available from Club Travel Partner Wilfreda Beehive. Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis and booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a ticket within the price. The coach will depart the AESSEAL New York Stadium at 7.30am prompt and the cost of travel is £34.99. There will be free car parking at the AESSEAL New York Stadium for supporters who are travelling on the official coaches and the preferred method to book with Wilfreda Beehive is online at www.wilfreda.co.uk/league-one-play-off-final. Alternatively, you will be able to book your coach travel over the telephone on 01302 573603 or 01302 573604. Coach travel will be available to book from 10am on Thursday 17th May.
Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Millers supporters to travel to Wembley. This will be launched shortly on www.themillers.co.uk.
Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £65 per coach and £30 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.
Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.
