Rotherham United are just a week away from discovering our first opponents for the upcoming return to the Sky Bet Championship.
Following the Play-off success at Wembley, the fixtures for the 2018/19 campaign are due to be announced a week today, at 9am on Thursday 21st June.
The first set of fixtures, to kick off over the weekend of Friday 3 August to Sunday 5 August, will be announced across EFL channels, including www.efl.com, while all Club fixtures will be available on individual Club media channels.
The opening round of fixtures selected to be broadcast live on Sky Sports will also be announced by the EFL.
The Millers secured passage back to the second tier at the first attempt with an extra time success over Shrewsbury Town last month, and are now set to face the likes of Aston Villa, Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United next season.
Returning to the EFL Championship will also be West Bromwich Albion, Stoke City and Swansea City following their relegation from the Premier League, in what will no doubt once again prove to be a highly-anticipated and competitive campaign.
