Rotherham United can confirm the fire service were called out to tackle a blaze which broke out in the old Guest & Chrimes building around 3am yesterday (Sunday) morning, adjacent to the AESSEAL New Stadium.

The fire service have been on site again this morning (Monday) to manage the incident and the area has been secured. No injuries have been reported.

For safety reasons a section of the Club main car park is currently inaccessible, but the main entrance via Don Street remains open as normal.

Rotherham United would like to thank the fire service for their swift response and we will continue to work with the relevant authorities.
