Rotherham United have a number of activities set to take place as the club looks forward to welcoming supporters to Saturday’s ‘Safer Internet Day 2018’ fixture against AFC Wimbledon on Saturday.

The Millers, in conjunction with the club’s Community Sports Trust, will be using the home match against the Dons to raise awareness amongst supporters on how to stay safe on the internet.

Rotherham United has added its support to a global awareness campaign and is encouraging fans to ‘Create, Connect and Share Respect’ to help make the internet a better place this Safer Internet Day, which is set to take place on Tuesday 6th February.

Supporters will be able to get involved with the day by having their photos taken as they make their way into AESSEAL New York Stadium in the Community Sports Trust’s photo booth, which will be set up on the forecourt outside the KCM Recycling North Stand.

Fans wishing to get to grips with all the best ways to stay safe online can attend the pre-match training in the Goal Zone completely free of charge.

Visit the UK Safer Internet Centre website (www.saferinternet.org.uk) where you can take the Safer Internet Day quiz, see what’s happening on the day, and find out more about what you can do to help your friends and family to stay safe online.

Together we can create a better internet.
