Milles players Anthony Forde and Laurence Bilboe were on hand again this year to show their support to Rotherham Food Bank along with Head of Community Jamie Noble.

Jamie Noble, Head of Community said: “We are thrilled to support local charities and businesses such as Rotherham Food Bank. The work they do for the local community is fantastic and they deserve the recognition for their constant devotion to the town.

“Without organisations like this, many people would go without some of the bare essentials that get taken for granted on a daily basis, so I would like to thank Rotherham Food Bank for their commitment to the community of Rotherham.

"I was overwhelmed by the statistics from Rotherham Food Bank, with an increase of 30% from last year."

So far, 1846 food parecls have been given out, helping 2441 adults, 1259 children (3700 people in total). In 2017, 80,461kg of food was donated!
