Rotherham United Football Club & Rotherham United Community Sports Trust would like to thank Father Christmas & Smyths toy store for supporting the Millers at their recent home fixture against Reading.
On 15th December, Father Christmas made a special appearance in the Grotto prior to kick off to meet and greet young fans, listening to children's Christmas wishes whilst also handing out gifts which were kindly donated by Smyths Toy Store (Parkgate, Rotherham).
Jamie Noble, Head of Community said: “For consecutive years Father Christmas has greeted young Millers at the AESSEAL New York Stadium bringing joy to thousands of fans during the festive period. We would like to place on record our thanks to both Santa & Smyths toy store for their contribution, without their generosity we would not have been able to put a smile on the fans faces.”
