Millers to honour deceased supporters ahead of Preston North End game...
Rotherham United are once again asking supporters to join in their annual tribute for supporters of the club that we have lost in the last calendar year, by sending in names to be remembered at the game against Preston North End on Tuesday 1st January 2019 (New Year’s Day).
Fans wishing to have their loved ones’ names displayed on the big screen prior to the game with Preston should send the name they would like displayed to media@rotherhamunited.net with the subject titled ‘Rotherham Remembers 2019’.
In every year that we have held this tribute, we have been overwhelmed with the response and we’d just like to make supporters aware that any email sent will have been received, although we can’t respond to them all.
The names will also be printed in the official matchday programme and the deadline for all submitted names will be Thursday 27th December 2018, 10am.
To ensure that we do not miss any emails, names MUST be sent in by email in the following format:
Subject: Rotherham Remembers 2019
[Name to be displayed]
Please note, that only the name of the supporter you wish to be displayed will be shown on the big screen and printed in the matchday programme.
