Millers agree first ever sleeve sponsorship deal for FA Cup clash...

Rotherham United are delighted to reveal Embark as our first ever sleeve sponsor which will appear on the team¹s kit for the 2018/19 FA Cup campaign.

The financial solutions provider, Embark are already an existing partner and currently sponsor the back of the shorts on the team’s kit, whilst also enjoying an executive box at AESSEAL New York Stadium.

This historic deal is a further enhancement of the existing relationship with the club and their logo will make its debut on the sleeves of the shirts in the highly-anticipated FA Cup Third Round tie against Premier League champions Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Rotherham United Commercial Director Steve Coakley told www.themillers.co.uk:

“We¹ve held a long-standing partnership with Embark, so it was fitting to join forces again in what is a Rotherham United first.

“I think everyone is looking forward to the prospect of going to the Etihad and it is certainly a fixture that I am sure will catch the imagination and a global audience.

“The draw certainly made the deal took the opportunities of exposure to another level, therefore having the chance to work with a company that already have close ties with the club was an added bonus and we¹ll be proud to display their branding on what will be a momentous occasion.

“This is just one of a number of exciting projects we have ongoing with Embark and I am sure it is a partnership which will continue to develop in the future.”

Phil Smith of Embark was equally thrilled to tie up the deal, explaining that the latest announcement is another exciting milestone in the relationship between the two parties.

“Once the opportunity arose we were certainly keen to enhance our existing sponsorship deal with the club.
