Rotherham United Football Club and transport specialists Passenger Transport Knowledge (PTK) recently announced a new initiative to help encourage more supporters to travel to watch games at the AESSEAL New York Stadium in more sustainable, healthy and environmentally friendly ways.
By developing a Green Travel Plan for the stadium Rotherham United aim to reduce the number of supporters traveling to games in single occupancy cars, helping to lower harmful co2 emissions and reduce traffic congestion on matchdays.
