Rotherham United defender Richard Wood has agreed a new one-year deal with the club which will see him remain at AESSEAL New York Stadium until the summer of 2018, subject to EFL and FA ratification.
The 31-year-old follows Joe Mattock, Jerry Yates and Jonson Clarke-Harris in agreeing new terms with the Millers as Paul Warne continues to shape his side ahead of the 2017/18 League One campaign.
Wood joined the Millers from Charlton Athletic in the summer of 2014 and made 31 appearances for the club last season.
