Rotherham United are joining forces with long time club partner Eric Twigg Foods to celebrate British Pie Week.
The Millers are launching a competition in conjunction with the pastry kings which will see some lucky fans win a full mixed tray of Pukka Pies.
Running from March 6th through to March 12th, British Pie Week started out as a marketing campaign but the concept took off and became Britain’s main celebration of pie.
To celebrate British Pie Week our good friends at Eric Twigg Foods have a full tray of pies to give away to five supporters who spot a pie on a news article on the Millers’ official website throughout today (Tuesday 7th March).
Matthew Twigg, managing director of Eric Twigg Foods, said:
“With the country fully immersed in British Pie Week, we thought what better way to celebrate the occasion than with a Pukka down at AESSEAL New York.
“Pukka Pies and the Eric Twigg Foods’ brand have been synonymous with Rotherham United for decades now and we are very proud of our longstanding association with the club.
“As a result, we were more than happy to get involved in this week’s feast-ivities by offering supporters the chance to win some of our products, so make sure you keep an eye on the official website to find the hidden pie!”
To enter, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject banner: Pie Competition, and the link to the web page where the pie appears. Also, be sure to send us your contact name, number and email address!
A winner will be drawn at random and announced on the official website. (Winners to collect from Eric Twigg Foods' head office, details will follow).
