Rotherham United are delighted to have agreed a deal for Purpose Media to become a Business Partner for the 2017/2018 season.
The agreement is one of a number of new and existing commercial partnerships which have been secured during the close season, as the Millers’ portfolio of partners continues to expand.
Commercial director Steve Coakley welcomed the deal as another important step for the commercial wing of the club.
“We enjoy a fabulous working relationship with Purpose Media and this deal, which sees them ramp up there involvement to ‘Business Partner’ status, provides the partnership opportunity to work on some exciting new projects,” he told www.themillers.co.uk
“We are thrilled to be associated with one of the fastest growing companies in their sector, and we feel that this is a partnership that will bring huge benefits to both parties.
“I have enjoyed working with Matt Wheatcroft and his colleagues over the last couple of years, and I look forward to seeing some of the results in the coming months.”
Matt Wheatcroft, Purpose Media’s managing director, added: “We’ve worked closely with Rotherham United for a number of years, so are delighted to be able to increase our support for the forthcoming season by becoming a Business Partner.
"Purpose Media is passionate about supporting grass roots sport and Rotherham United is a fantastic club, with traditional values, which plays a key role in its local community, which is why we are pleased to be involved and wish the club every success for the season ahead.”
