Andy Dibble thanks Rotherham United...

I’d like to thank everyone for their unbelievable support whilst I have been with the club. It has been a wonderful seven years and in that time I have worked with some great managers and some really good goalkeepers.

Furthermore, I'd like to thank the Rotherham fans from the bottom of my heart, it’s a club that I will always hold dear. Special thanks to Warney and the Chairman for all of their support and I would also like to thank them for their understanding in allowing me to move to Cardiff.

I can honestly say that I have never thought about leaving Rotherham United, but the opportunity came along from Neil Warnock to go back home where my mum, dad and sister all still live. Cardiff City was my boyhood club and I supported them as a child and started my playing career there, so it’s a move that takes me back to my roots.

It has been a very very emotional day saying goodbye to everybody at the club. I really did have a tear in my eye as I went around everyone from the coaching side to the office staff.

I have made some friends for life here at Rotherham United and I look forward to seeing them again soon when the Millers visit Cardiff.

Thanks to everyone from the Chairman to the supporters, it has been an honour and a privilege to work at Rotherham United.

All the best,

Dibbs
