TICKETS | Online season ticket sales 17/18 - Guide

Supporters can now buy their season tickets online for the 2017-2018 campaign. Below is a step by step guide on how to access www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk to purchase your season ticket. 

LOGGING IN

There are multiple ways in which supporters can log on to www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk to purchase their tickets and merchandise. 

Supporters can use their customer number and their password, email address and password or their customer number, post code and surname. Supporters can find their customer number on their season ticket at the left hand side of their name. 

If supporters are unsure of any of this information then they should use the forgotten password option on the site. If supporters do not receive an email with their details they will need to email supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net with their name and address and the ticket office will reset their account and re send the new login details. 

Supporters who wish to purchase a new season ticket will need to have an account on the Rotherham United database. Supporters who have purchased tickets with Rotherham United before will have an account and will not need to register with us again. If you don’t know your account details, please email supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net with your name and address and the ticket office will reset the account and re send the new login details. 

PURCHASING FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Friends and Family is a handy ticketing benefit that allows supporters to link their account with those of other fans in their household, workplace, or with friends. Once you have linked your accounts, you will be able to purchase all your season tickets in one transaction. 

Linking accounts is easy. Simply log on at www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk and select ‘Friends and Family’ under the 'My Account' section. To link accounts with an existing supporter, you will need to enter their Customer Number and Postcode. 

You can also enter the details of any fans that are new to Rotherham United, but don’t yet have an account. Their personal details will be linked to your own record and they can then establish an account by logging in at a later date.

RENEWING YOUR SEAT

Existing season ticket holders who wish to renew their seat can do so online. Once you have logged into the website and selected to purchase a season ticket from the season ticket page on the site, you will be asked if you want to purchase your reserved seat. If you have linked your account with Friends and Family, you will be asked if you want to renew their season tickets too. You will tick the season ticket accounts which you wish to renew and then click on continue at the bottom of the page. The selected seats will then be placed in your basket and you can then proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase. 

If supporters want to select a different seat, you should not tick any of the boxes and click on select new seats at the bottom of the page and you will be taken to the ground plan to select a new seat from the available seats. 

PURCHASING NEW SEASON TICKETS

New supporters who haven’t bought a season ticket with us for this season will be able to purchase a season ticket from the available seats. After logging into the website, new supporters can click on the season ticket page and will then be taken to the ground plan to select their seat. 

Once new seats have been selected and added to the basket, you will then be taken to the checkout page to process your payment.
