Rotherham United ended the Central League season on a high after a 2-0 success over Mansfield Town.
A goal either side of half-time from A Trialist and Darnelle Bailey-King ensured a Millers side, overseen by Academy coach Daral Pugh, finished their league campaign with a victory.
Manager Paul Warne was in attendance, alongside first team staff Matt Hamshaw and John Breckin, as they cast their eye over two trialists and a host of youngsters.
After a sluggish start to proceedings Millers stopper Harry Fidler felt the force of a robust challenge from Mansfield's Yoann Arquin before getting back to his feet after lengthy treatment.
The Millers escaped when CJ Hamilton's effort was blocked by Jack Osborne, before the rebound by Pat Hoban was smothered by Fidler.
With 10 minutes remaining before the break the Millers had their first real meaningful effort on goal, when Kuda Muskwe fired wide after a cross from the right.
A minute later and the Millers had the lead when Trialist spun on a sixpence in the area before rolling the ball under the Mansfield 'keeper.

After the break Mason Warren forged a chance when he broke from midfield but his curling effort was just wide of far post.
Mansfield then had a good opportunity when Hamilton broke clear through the middle, but his scuffed effort was saved by Fidler.
Lewis Collins tested Fidler's concentration with a dipping effort but the youngster was equal to the task.
They came close again with 15 minutes reminding but Hoban's header looped just over the bar.
Inside the final 10 minutes and Mansfield increased the pressure. Hoban was again denied when his acrobatic was brilliantly tipped over the bar by Fidler.
The Millers secured the win with just four minutes remaining when a long ball over the top was latched upon by Bailey-King who drilled a low shot beyond the keeper.
