New apprentices look to make an impact in the community!
We are delighted to announce the enrolment of Kai Deakin, Daniel Lacey and Chloe Spafford on our Apprenticeship Programme and everyone at Rotherham United Community Sports Trust would like to welcome them to the team.
Chloe will be embarking on a Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship as it is her career goal to become an Events Organiser. She will be working closely with all the departments at the Trust to learn how to plan, prepare and run events that target individuals from a variety of age groups and backgrounds. Chloe has already had some experience in this field and we feel we can develop her further within these areas in order to push her towards her goals. During her trial period, Chloe worked closely with the NCS department and received some excellent feedback from her supervisor.
Kai and Daniel have opted for the Level 2 Activity Leadership apprenticeship as they are both interested in sports coaching and want to develop themselves further within these areas. Both students will be situated within the Sports Department of the Trust where they will work alongside our qualified and experienced coaches. Here they will learn the fundamentals of becoming a coach and develop their skills sets further by working with learners from all different walks of life. Kai and Daniel both demonstrated an ability to perform well during their trial period and we believe they will be a credit to the delivery team.
Matt Edwards (Education Manager) said "We are delighted to have Chloe, Kai and Daniel working for the trust, they have already shown great potential in the short period of time they have been here and they have settled in remarkably quick."
