The Millers’ Academy followed up their Youth Alliance League success with a win 1-0 in the cup over Bradford City.The Rotherham United youngsters’ victory over the Bantams took their run to four wins on the spin with striker Joshua Kayode notching his third goal in just two games.
Garreth Barker had Kayode to thank for a moment of individual brilliance as he turned and weaved beyond a sea of Bradford City players before coolly slotting a side-footed effort home to ensure victory in West Yorkshire.
